Soo Yuen advanced to general management after she gained experiences in the consulting sector in diverse industries and assignments. When she moved into the commercial and operational sector, she oversaw various functions including finance, accounting, procurement, contract management and office administration. Prior to joining AFI, Soo Yuen was the CFO of a diversified manufacturing listed company in Malaysia.
She has more than 22 years of experience in finance and accounting including over eight years at a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) level. She also worked as a Financial Advisor to an international non-profit organization for two years.

Soo Yuen holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) and is a Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, GCMA).
