AFI and the Central Bank of Suriname (CBvS) are pleased to host the 12th Meeting of the Financial Inclusion Initiative for Latin America and the Caribbean (FILAC) Experts Group on Financial Inclusion Policy (EGFIP), to be held in Paramaribo, Suriname.

At this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to review and provide input for the development of the Roadmap to Inclusive Green Finance in Latin America and the Caribbean. This roadmap will be developed in collaboration with AFI’s expert on Inclusive Green Finance and regional representatives from the Inclusive Green Finance Working Group (IGFWG). The finalized roadmap will be presented for approval at the Leaders’ Roundtable in September 2025. In addition, the meeting will serve as a platform to assess progress on key deliverables outlined in the 2025- 2026 FILAC work plan, including initiatives focused on migrants, financial education, consumer protection and digital financial services.
