We’re delighted to reveal the finalists of AFI’s Inclusive FinTech Showcase 2024, each offering a promising digital solution aimed at improving access to financial services for low-income populations in developing countries.
The following twelve firms have been selected from an impressive pool of entrants to go through to the final on April 2-3, where they will present their innovations to an audience of AFI members, fintech experts, and expert guests.
Dots for Inc. is digitizing rural landscapes in Africa, with the goal of increasing the incomes of local inhabitants by analyzing credit scores based on behavioral data within its digital platform, and offering instalment plans for high-priced purchases.
eMaisha Pay is driving financial inclusion and climate resilience through its mobile wallet and multi-wallet prepaid card that enable agribusinesses and smallholder farmers to save, make and collect payments, access insurance services, track their finances, and access capital to grow sustainable businesses.
G+D is a global SecurityTech company focused on Digital Security, Financial Platforms, and Currency Technology. It offers a solution designed to facilitate access to secure digital cash and empower central banks to implement robust public digital currency systems.

By connecting farmers and homebuyers, merchants, and gig workers with rural financial institutions, and working with local financial entities and technology firms, GoodTech is committed to breaking barriers and shaping the future of banking with innovative solutions.
Hello Tractor leverages loT technology to optimize tractor fleets in service of small-scale farmers, boosting agricultural productivity and incomes. Through Hello Tractor, over one million small farmers have been able to access 4,500+ tractors and harvesters, across 16 African countries.
Bridging the gap between farmers and affordable financing, iFarmer provides farmers in Bangladesh with tailored cultivation guidance, access to premium agri-inputs, and comprehensive insurance coverage, safeguarding their livelihoods. iFarmer has helped 108,275 farmers through its one-stop pioneering solution.
JUMO is an innovative Banking as a Service platform that uses AI to power financial services in emerging markets. JUMO offers savings and credit products to entrepreneurs, as well as financial services infrastructure to partners such as eMoney operators and mobile fintech platforms and banks. JUMO has facilitated over US$6 billion in loans across seven African markets.
Mosabi is a financial education platform based in Sierra Leone, dedicated to building citizens’ financial decision-making and business acumen. Leveraging data insights from user profiles and interactions, Mosabi matches individuals with tailored financial services from its marketplace.
Its user-friendly app allows formal and informal-economy workers to save a portion of their earnings in USD, mitigating inflation risks and bolstering their financial resilience. myStash also provides access to foreign exchange services and facilitates international payments.
A pioneering crowdfunding platform in Mozambique aimed at democratizing funding access for SMEs and entrepreneurs. Through its integrated mobile app and e-wallets, coupled with educational content, Pertence focuses on empowering women and young entrepreneurs through fostering job creation and sustainable SME growth.
Revfin offers swift electric vehicle loans to low-income, new-to-credit and unserved individuals in India, empowering them as micro-entrepreneurs. Their fully digital, AI-powered lending process uses psychometrics, biometrics, and gamification. Revfin has facilitated loans for over 40,000 borrowers across 23 Indian states.
Xchange Box’s product, PayRep, empowers rural traders and farmers to manage their businesses effectively and enhance their standard of living. Leveraging an Agents/Aggregators Network, Xchange Box delivers these services to traders, boasting over 8,000 agents across 300 local governments in Nigeria.
