Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), in collaboration with AFI is convening this workshop to build practical capability and encourage the use of behavioural insights in designing policies, products and interventions that support financial inclusion and financial health. 

 By the end of the workshop, participants will: 

• Strengthen understanding – Deepen understanding of behavioural drivers behind financial decision-making and why they matter. 
• Build practical capability – Apply simple frameworks to diagnose barriers and design behaviourally informed interventions. 
• Learn through exchange – Draw lessons from ASEAN and global experience, including what works, what does not and why. 
• Generate practical ideas – Discuss potential solutions for real-world financial inclusion challenges.
